(2) Overseas operations

This slide shows the status of our initiatives in overseas operations.

The construction of the two projects of BRANZ BSD and BRANZ Simatupang as stated on the left is to be completed in December 2018, and the segment will commence delivery in the current fiscal year, as I explained earlier.

Tokyu Fudosan has been developing business in Indonesia since 1975, and has supplied about 4,500 units of detached housing. The Company is now developing condominiums under the same BRANZ brand as in Japan.

We are also planning the Puri Botanical project and the Mega Kuningan project, although they are outside the period of the medium-term management plan.
In North America, the construction of 425 Park Avenue is also in progress in Manhattan, New York toward completion in 2019.
