(3) Major projects

This slide shows new projects that are scheduled to commence.

In FY2019, Shibuya Solasta, which was completed at the end of the previous fiscal year, commenced operation. In addition, facilities such as the Jinbocho North Tokyu Building, an office building, Namba Motomachi 1-chome Place, a hotel, and Q Plaza Ikebukuro, a commercial facility, were also completed and commenced operation. Shibuya Fukuras, a redevelopment project in the Greater Shibuya Area, was completed in October and a commercial facility part, namely, Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, is scheduled to commence operation in December.

In FY2020, the Takeshiba District Development Plan, which has been implemented under this tentative name, will be completed. As announced on November 5, the name was determined to be Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba. Looking ahead to FY2021 and beyond, several major projects, such as the Jingumae 6-chome Block Redevelopment Project (tentative name) and the Kudanminami 1-chome Project(tentative name), are also scheduled in the Greater Shibuya Area and other areas.
