Allow me to touch on changes in operating revenue and operating profit by segment.
Both operating revenue and operating profit will increase mainly in the Residential, Property Management and Real Estate Agent segments. We forecast that operating revenue and operating profit will increase by ¥28.1 billion and ¥1.8 billion, respectively.
