(1) FY2019 Q2(First Six Months)

Now, I will move on to the Real Estate Agents segment.

In the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, both revenue and profit increased due to the posting of higher sales on the purchase and resale business such as large-scale bulk projects and revenue earning real estate, in addition to the strong performance of retail operations in the Real-estate sales agent business.
In terms of forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, this segment projects an increase in both revenue and profit in anticipation of the ongoing strong performance of the Real-estate sales agent business, particularly that of retail operations.
