Here are the performance indicators for the Real Estate Agents segment.
With regard to the results for the second quarter of the fiscal year under review, which is shown at the upper left in the slide, revenue increased, reflecting rises in the number of transactions and average handling price in retail operations and growth in the number of transactions in wholesale operations.
With respect to forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, which is shown on the right in the lower section, the segment expects an increase in revenue due to continuing rises in the number/amount of transactions, mainly in retail operations.
