(1) FY2019 Q2(First Six Months)

Next, I will explain the Property Management segment.

In the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, both revenue and profit increased thanks to a rise in completed construction, in addition to growth in the stock of properties under management.
In terms of forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2020, the segment projects an increase in both revenue and profit, mainly reflecting the inclusion of the detached house renovation business since April, transferred from the Innovation segment to Tokyu Re design Corporation, in addition to growth in sales from the stock of properties under management and a rise in completed construction that I just referenced.
