(2) Major projects

I will now give you an update on the main projects of the Wellness segment.

Tokyu Stay, the urban hotel that maintains high occupancy rates, has been opening new hotels, which increased to 3,687 rooms in 24 hotels by the end of March 2019.

In the fiscal year ending March 2020, new hotels will open in Naha, Osaka and Kanazawa in the winter to total 27 hotels with 4,310 rooms. The total number of rooms is expected exceed the initial target of 4,400 rooms and reach 4,700 in the final fiscal year of the Medium-Term Management Plan.

In addition, we are working on asset types other than Tokyu Stay, such as the senior housing, Creer Residence Yokohama Tokaichiba, which opened in April 2019.
