Urban Development(3) Major projects

Main new projects opened

For the current fiscal period, “Q plaza Futakotamagawa” was opened in April.
In addition, the commercial facilities “Ginza 1-chome Project” and the office located in Minatomirai, Yokohama “OCEAN GATE MINATOMIRAI” were both opened in spring to summer. They were sold by the end of September as planned.

In the coming winter, the business hotel “Shimbashi 3-chome Project (tentative name)” and the commercial facilities located in Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, Osaka “Shinsaibashi-suji 2-chome Project (tentative name)” will be opened.

In addition, the properties to be opened in the fiscal years 2018 and 2019, the commercial facilities “Ginza 7-chome Project (tentative name)” and the office project near Suidobashi Station in Misakicho, Chiyoda-ku “Misaki-cho 3-chome Project (tentative name)” are stated from this period.

The projects for and after the fiscal year 2021 outside of the scope of the medium-term plan are “Kudanminami 1-chome Project (tentative name)” in Chiyoda-ku and “Chayamachi B-2 district urban area redevelopment project” near Umeda Station in Osaka.

“Kudanminami 1-chome Project (tentative name)” is the project for rebuilding Kudan Kaikan. This project is extremely rare due to involving the partial preservation of the historic building.
In September, the Company was selected as a business collaborator in the project for the development of state-owned land with a fixed-term land leasehold for 70 years.
The official contract is scheduled for March 2018.
