New projects (Shibuya, Omotesando, and Aoyama areas)

I will now present projects in the Shibuya, Omotesando and Aoyama areas.

Commercial facilities and office buildings that are currently operating are marked in red and orange respectively, and projects that are currently in the planning stage are marked in green.

As for the redevelopment project in the Shibuya Station area, we proposed the urban planning of the Shibuya Dogenzaka block where Tokyu Plaza Shibuya is currently sited to the Tokyo Metropolitan government jointly with the Shibuya Station block and the Shibuya Station south block in January.
Under the project, we plan and aim to open a building with 17 floors above ground and 5 floors below, with the higher floors to be used as offices and the lower floors as commercial facilities, in fiscal 2018.

In the Omotesando and Aoyama area, we are planning the Omotesando Project (tentative name), a project for developing an office building located near Spline Aoyama Tokyu Building that opened in July 2012, and the Jingumae 6-chome Project (tentative name), a commercial facility development project near Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku.
