Let me now introduce you to the properties we are developing.
In fiscal 2011, Abeno Market Park Q's Mall opened in April as one of the largest mall-type shopping centers in Osaka and is performing well.
Luogo Shiodome, an office building located in Higashi-shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo which we acquired in March, opened in August with the completion of renovation work, and tenants have concluded a contract for about 60% of the rentable space.
The Ikebukuro Higashiguchi Project opened on November 1, 2011 and is operating, with tenants occupying 100% of the rentable space.
The Omotesando Project, which is to open in fiscal 2012, is proceeding well for the opening in next spring, with all the tenants having completed the contract. |
