I will now briefly explain Shibuya Solasta, which was completed in March of this year.
This project is the development of a whole block and properties located southwest of Shibuya Station, including the previous headquarters of the Company, situated along the National Route 246. The facility will be used as the Group’s new operational base.
We will implement a range of initiatives such as the visualization of congestion levels in rest rooms and the placement of a machine-based reception for visiting guests, and work on new, advanced ways of using offices as IoT-leveraged smart offices.
