(4) Major projects in the Greater Shibuya area

Next, I will explain projects in the Greater Shibuya Area.
As I have already explained, Shibuya Solasta was completed this March and Shibuya Fukuras will be completed in October.
In addition, the map here is plotted with the Next Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan on the western side of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan, south of Shibuya Station, where the demolition of properties commenced this January. With regard to this project, a redevelopment preparatory association is already in place. The Company was selected as a business partner last year and started to take action for the launch of the project.

The Daikanyamacho Project (tentative name) is a redevelopment project including the redevelopment of the Company-operated TENOHA Daikanyama, located close to Daikanyama Station. We aim to commence operation of the property in 2023, featuring a residence, commercial and office complex.
