Now, I will move on to the Real Estate Agents segment. Please refer to page 16.
In the first quarter, both revenue and profit increased due to a rise in the posting of entire residential buildings for investment as well as higher sales of the purchase and resale business in real estate sales.
In terms of full year forecasts, this segment projects an increase in both revenue and profit, mainly due to the expected strong performance continuing from previous period in retail of the real-estate sales agent business.
