In the first quarter, both revenue and profit increased due to growth in sales from the stock of properties under management and construction progress.
In terms of full year forecasts, the segment projects an increase in both revenue and profit as well, mainly reflecting the inclusion of the detached house renovation business since April transferred from the Innovation segment, as well as the continuing growth in sales from the stock of properties under management and construction progress.
