(2) Performance indicators in sales agency operations

Here are the performance indicators for the real-estate sales agent business.
With regard to the results for the first quarter of the fiscal year under review, which is shown at the upper left in the slide, revenue increased in retail, reflecting rises in the number/amount of transactions, but decreased in wholesales mainly due to a fall in the average handling price. Nevertheless, we consider the indicators are in line with the full year plan.
With respect to the plan for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, which is shown on the right in the lower part, the segment expects an increase in revenue due to continuing rises in the number/amount of transactions, mainly in retail sales.
