Along with the formulation of the long-term vision, we have reclassified our businesses from the perspective of human capital and asset utilization and reorganized them into 4 segments instead of 7.
In the urban development business segment, the former residential business segment was added to the office and commercial facilities business of the former urban development segment.
In the strategic investment business segment, the infrastructure and industry business and the investment management business from the former urban development segment became independent, and the overseas business was added from the former innovation business segment.
In the property management and operation segment, the former wellness business segment and the former Tokyu Hands business segment have been integrated into the former property management segment.
In the real estate agents segment, the rental housing service business of the former urban development segment was added to the former real estate agents segment.
