Changes in operating revenue and operating profit by segments.
Operating profit increased in all segments in the first quarter, centered on improvements from the impact of the COVID-19 in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Although the gain sales of assets was small in the first quarter, the real estate trading market is brisk, and we plan to monetize the gain in the second quarter and beyond.
