③ Major projects (Office/Commercial)

I will explain major projects in offices and major facilities.

In FY2020 ended March 31, 2021, TOKYO PORTCITY TAKESHIBA, the Group's largest project, was completed and opened.

There are plans for development projects both within and outside the greater Shibuya area, such as the Kudan Minami 1-Chome Project, a project to rebuild the former Kudan Kaikan, scheduled for completion in July 2022.

New projects include the Tokyo Institute of Technology Tamachi Campus Land Use Project and the Higashi-Gotanda 2-Chome Redevelopment Project.

In addition, the Jingumae 6-Chome Urban Area Redevelopment Project, which was originally scheduled to open in FY2022 ending March 2023, has been rescheduled to open in FY2023 ending March 2024 due to a review of the construction process.
