(2) Management system and Major projects

I will explain the operation system of the Wellness segment and main projects in the future.

We integrated two companies that operate hotels and others, and relaunched business under the new name of Tokyu Resorts & Stays on July 1, 2020.

Consolidating track records and expertise in operation of resort facilities and hotels for over 40 years, we will reinforce sales capabilities and improve productivity.

The upper part describes events in the hotel business.
Urban style hotel, Tokyu Stay, opened Tokyu Stay Hida-Takayama Musubi no Yu in April 2020, bringing the number of guestrooms to 4,522.
In the autumn of 2021, adjacent to Tokyu Harvest Club Kyoto Takagamine & VIALA, we will open ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts, the first of the LXR Hotels & Resorts in Asia, a luxury brand of Hilton.

The lower area shows senior housing.
During the second quarter, Grancreer Shibaura and Grancreer Tachikawa opened in July and September, respectively.
