(2) Performance indicators in sales agent

I will explain the performance indicators in sales agent.

With regard to sales agent, performance is returning to the previous year’s level chiefly in retail activities. However, as the closure of stores and shortening business hours greatly affected the results of the first six months, the number of transactions in both retail and wholesale activities fell.

In our full-year forecast, it is difficult to regain a fall in the number of transactions up to the second quarter. The number of transactions in both the retail and wholesale activities is anticipated to decrease.
