(2) Major projects

I will now give an update on the main projects of the Wellness segment.

From July 1, 2020, we integrated affiliated companies (Tokyu Resort Service Co., Ltd., Tokyu Stay Co., Ltd. and Tokyu Stay Service Co., Ltd.) involved in the Group's hotel & resorts business and relaunched the business under the name Tokyu Resorts & Stays Co., Ltd.

The new company will draw on experience and knowhow of operating resort facilities and hotels accumulated over more than 40 years to improve productivity. It will also create new business opportunities to achieve business growth.

The upper area describes events in the hotel business.

Urban style hotel, Tokyu Stay opened TOKYU STAY Hida-Takayama Musubi no Yu in April 2020, bringing the number of guestrooms to 4,522. TOKYU STAY Hakodate Asaichi Akari no Yu postponed its opening to spring 2021.

In autumn 2021, we are planning to open Kyoto Kagami-ishi Hotel Project (tentative name), the first property of LXR Hotels & Resorts, Hilton's luxury hotel brand, in Asia, at a site adjacent to Tokyu Harvest Club Kyoto Takagamine & VIALA.

The lower area describes senior housing.

In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, Grancreer Shibaura opened in July, and Grancreer Tachikawa will open in September respectively.
