(2) Performance indicators in sales agent

These are the performance indicators of our real-estate sales agent business.

In the first quarter, which is shown on the upper left on the slide, the number of transactions fell in both retail and wholesale activities, largely due to the closure of stores and shorter operating hours following the declaration of a state of emergency.

Looking at the real estate sales agent market, the pace of recovery is slow for wholesale activities, but retail activities are recently almost back to the year-ago level.

In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, on the right in the lower area, the number of transactions is expected to fall both in the retail and wholesale activities because of the spread of the coronavirus.
