(5) Major projects <Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba>

This is a brief introduction to Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba.

The Office Tower is scheduled to open in September 2020.

This is the Group's largest office building to date and is a project which embodies the Green Work Style office concept.

In addition to office floors which will be occupied by SoftBank Group companies, the tower will offer TAKESHIBA SHINHAKKEI at the skip terrace surrounded with greenery and will promote the preservation of biodiversity.

Meanwhile, we have attracted unique stores, such as a next-generation convenience store where people and robots work side by side, to the TAKESHIBA GOURMERIUM commercial area.

The Residence Tower was completed in June 2020 and clients began moving in from July.
The tower offers 262 units, a range of residences including rental housing, serviced apartments, and share houses.

The Residence Tower offers smart residences, using face recognition and smart lock systems to enable residents to move from the entrance to the elevator and their front door without touching any surfaces and integrating the tower’s various services for operating their home appliance and boiler, monitoring how crowded the lounge is and so on in a single app, in order to make the lives of its residents more comfortable.
