(6) Major projects <Shibuya Fukuras>

We will now briefly outline Shibuya Fukuras, which was completed in October 2019.

This project is the redevelopment of a site in front of the West Exit of Shibuya Station where including old Tokyu Plaza Shibuya was located.

The upper floors of the facility were leased to GMO Internet, Inc. for use as an office.

The commercial facility part commenced operation in December as the new Tokyu Plaza Shibuya.

The CÉ LA VI roof-top bar, which operates at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, opened on the top floor of the facility.

In addition, the facility is equipped with a bus terminal on the first floor.

Featuring the service of the limousine airport buses for Haneda and Narita, in addition to fixed-route buses, the terminal is equipped with a tourism support facility and will function as a new gateway to Shibuya.
