We will now move on to projects in the Greater Shibuya Area.
As We have explained, Shibuya Solasta and Shibuya Fukuras were completed in March and October, respectively.
With respect to the Next Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block, the redevelopment preparatory association decided on the expansion of the 2.1-hectare area, where redevelopment was to be carried out initially, in December. As a result, the size of the coverage area has been increased to approximately 2.5 hectares.
