(3) Major projects

We will now explain our new projects.

In FY2019, in addition to Shibuya Solasta, which had been completed at end of the previous fiscal year, ShibuyaFukuras, Jimbocho North Tokyu Building and Q Plaza Ikebukuro, among other properties, were also completed and these facilities commenced operation.

In FY2020, Tokyo PortCity Takeshiba will be completed. In FY2021 and beyond, several projects will also be completed one after another both inside and outside of the Greater Shibuya Area, which include the Jingumae 6-chome Block Urban Redevelopment Project (tentative name), for which a new architectural perspective drawing was recently announced, and the Kudanminami 1-chome Project (tentative name).
