Urban Development(3) Major projects

I would now like to introduce newly opened properties.

In FY2016, the Company acquired the commercial building AXALL ROPPONGI in Roppongi in September as inventory.

In FY2017, Q PLAZA FUTAKOTAMAGAWA was opened as an urban commercial facility located near Futakotamagawa Station, into which four tenants including “mont-bell” moved. It commenced steady operations with 100% operations.

Hereafter, it is planned to launch the operations of the MM-21-32 City Block Office Project located near Minato Mirai, Yokohama City, the business hotel, the Shimbashi 3-chome Project (tentative name) and the commercial facility Shinsaibashisuji 2-chome Project (tentative name) located in Osaka’s Shinsaibashisuji Shopping district.

Incidentally, the MM-21-32 Block Office Project is to be sold off in this fiscal year after the completion of construction.
