(2) Major projects

I will now introduce our key projects in the Wellness business segment.

With the opening of Tokyu Stay Ginza in March, Tokyu Stay now operates 17 hotels with 2,445 guest rooms in Tokyo.
Moving forward, Tokyu Stay plans to launch Tokyu Stay Sengakuji in the center of Tokyo. It also plans to open more hotels in major regional cities, such as Kyoto and Fukuoka, during fiscal 2017 to 2018.

Tokyu Stay will accelerate openings of new hotels in the center of Tokyo and major regional cities with steady demand for business use and strong demand from foreign visitors to Japan. We expect the total number of guest rooms in Japan to increase to more than 3,000 in fiscal 2018, including properties whose launch has been informally determined, and plan to increase it to around 4,000 in the future.

Harvest Club is planning the Tokyu Harvest Club Karuizawa & VIALA at a site adjacent to Lake Shiozawa in South Karuizawa. Scheduled for launch in fiscal 2018, the facility has made a good start, with contracts for approx. 40% of its membership having been concluded already.

As for hotel projects, we are planning Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa, a large beach resort hotel, at Seragaki, Okinawa. This facility is scheduled to commence operation in the summer of 2018, and its construction work began last month.
We will develop full-service beach resort hotels designed not only for Japanese customers, but also for foreign visitors to Japan.
