FY2016 Q2(First Six Months)

I would now like to explain the results and forecast of the Innovation Business segment, which consists mainly of contracted construction and overseas operations.

In the first half of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, operating revenue decreased but operating income increased.
Revenue declined due to the absence of sales of properties in overseas operations that were recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal year. However, income rose, partly reflecting an increase in the number of completed renovated and custom-built homes.

In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, we anticipate an increase in both revenue and income, expecting a continued increase in the number of completed renovated and custom-built homes, etc.
