(3) Major projects

Let me now introduce you to the properties we have purchased and are developing.

In September of fiscal 2016, we acquired AXALL ROPPONGI, a commercial building located in Roppongi, as inventory.

In addition, as new commercial facility development projects, we have added four properties including the Tamagawa 2-Chome Project (tentative name), which will commence operation in fiscal 2017, and the Higashi Ikebukuro 1-Chome Cinema Complex Project (tentative name), which will commence operation in fiscal 2019.
I will provide an overview of these projects later.
