FY2014 Forecast (Segment performance)

Now, let me explain the changes in operating revenue and operating income by segment.

As the bar graph at the top shows, revenue is expected to decline in the Residential segment, but we expect operating revenue to increase ¥45.9 billion year on year, mainly reflecting higher revenue in the Urban Development segment.

With respect to the operating income at the bottom, we expect income to increase ¥1.6 billion overall as the fall in income in the Residential segment will, as in operating revenue, be offset by higher income in Urban Development and other segments.
