Our Vision of the World in 2030

What kind of era will the year 2030, which is the target of our long-term management policy, change into?

We will promote strategies adapted to the coming era by identifying changes in individuals, society, and the environment.

Changes are expected in the individual, society, and the environment, as shown on the left.

In light of these changes, the Group will promote a strategy that emphasizes the following 4 perspectives for the future era: an era in which the meaning of going to real places will be questioned, an era in which companies will be selected based on their environmental contribution, an era of personalized customer service, and an era of co-creation through borderless society.
