③ Changes in properties under management

This is the status of the stock of the rental housing service business.

The number of rental housing units under management in the upper row is mainly the number of property management for rental housing by Tokyu Housing Lease. As of the end of March 2021, we had 107,000 units, an increase of more than 8,000 units from the end of the previous fiscal year.

The number of student condominiums managed are the numbers of student condominiums managed mainly by the NATIONAL STUDENTS INFORMATION CENTER CO., LTD. As of the end of March 2021, we had 48,000 units, an increase of more than 2,000 units from the end of the previous fiscal year.

We will continue to aim to increase our stock in order to expand our stable fee income.
