The second example of the growth strategies is the expansion of the Leasing of Real Estate business and the related revenues.
By strengthening the financial foundations and the collaboration among the Group companies, we will steadily carry out large-scale redevelopment, such as a redevelopment project in Shibuya and a reconstruction project in Ginza, aiming at realizing the expansion of lease assets. We will also strive to expand the Group's participation assets mainly by using the REIT business, and, through such activities, we will also aim to lead to revenues for PM/BM, brokerage and other operations. |
