As an example of growth strategies, I would like to show the acceleration of the growth of the Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Agents and Property Management businesses.
We will seek to expand the market share of each business by facilitating the cooperation, including information sharing, among the Group companies, and distributing management resources to key sectors on the back of the enhanced financial foundations.
Specifically, through the distribution of resources, we will increase the supply of units for sales, through which we will bolster the number of units under management and expand brokerage opportunities in the future.
We will also strive to expand business opportunities by connecting an existing stock of more than 460,000 condominiums under management to the related businesses, such as brokerage and renovation. |
