Property Management(3) Major properties to be managed and administered

Next, the major properties under management and in operation are explained.

The properties shown at the left are already in operation.
The buildings and other properties under management and in operation includes the property management contract of Shibuya Cultural Center Owada under designated management started in fiscal 2017. Other than those shown above, the new corporate headquarters of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited and Kawasaki City Museum are also included in the properties under a property management contract for building management. The management stock is steadily expanding. In addition, in April 2018, the property management contract started for comprehensive management of the passenger terminal building of Sendai International Airport.

Moreover, the property management contract for Shibuya Scramble Square and Dogenzaka 1-chome Shibuya-station Front District Urban Redevelopment Project, which are the Shibuya redevelopment projects that the Tokyu Group is proceeding with, as shown on the right above, was unofficially secured. Orders for large projects are steadily increasing.
