Here is the status of the logistics business.
As of the end of June 2023, we were working on 21 projects, 4 already in operation and 17 under development, with a total investment balance of 66.0 billion yen and a total investment amount of 191.7 billion yen.
The bottom row on the right side shows our flagship project, LOGI'Q Minami Ibaraki.
The building is equipped with a section that can be converted into a frozen and refrigerated warehouse in the future according to tenant needs and a low-floor section. In addition, we will contribute to securing tenants' employment and reducing their initial investment from a software perspective by providing high-quality common areas and "Worker's Garden," which includes preferential information on our group's related facilities and a variety of contents that enhance "work, study, and fun”.
