2-8. Growth Strategy(3) Strengthening of stock utilization

Next, we will look at the third growth strategy, which is the strengthening of stock utilization.
In view of the growing stock market, we will strive to expand the property management business and the real-estate agents business.
In addition to condominiums and office buildings, public residential buildings, airports and other public facilities are increasingly put under management and operation by the private sector.

We will focus on these facilities to increase stock under our management, and we will work positively to gain business opportunities arising from associated assets and customers.
Both in the property management business and in the real-estate agents business using real estate transaction information, we will pursue strategies to seize the top position in their respective sectors. In doing so, we will aim to increase the operating profit of the stock-based business and to increase its share in the Group’s profit.
