Wellness(2) Major projects

I will give you an update on the main projects of the Wellness segment.

Tokyu Stay operates 17 facilities in Tokyo providing 2,445 rooms.

The company plans to open the Tokyu Stay Kyoto Ryogagemachi-Dori at the end of November and the Tokyu Stay Takanawa (in front of Sengakuji station) in February, respectively. In and after 2018, it will open facilities in Sapporo, Hakata and Kyoto, among other cities, with additional plans of increasing them to approximately 30, or approximately 4,400 rooms by FY2020.

In the Harvest Club business, we opened the Nasu Retreat in October. It is a Harvest Club hotel featuring small boutique and villa-type accommodation facilities. Sales are strong with approximately 70% of rooms already sold.

We are also making a steady progress in the opening of the Tokyu Haverst Club Karuizawa & VIALA scheduled for July 2018, with almost 70% of its membership already sold.
